Job summary

Driftwood Day Spa is an upscale North Carolina luxury wellness destination seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to deliver exceptional therapeutic massage and guest experiences. You’ll operate as a 1099 independent contractor within a premium spa setting and benefit from a prepared client base, upscale treatment menus, and a turnkey operation.

The role emphasizes personalized care, professional presence, and collaboration with a front desk team to ensure seamless guest journeys.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional massage therapy experience.
• Ability to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Consistent availability on Sundays and high-volume days to align with guest demand.
• Exceptional professionalism, reliability, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License

• Ability to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• Consistent availability on Sundays, Mondays and other high volume days to align with guest demand
• Exceptional professionalism, reliability, and communication skills
