Job summary

LKN Salt Spa is seeking a compassionate, skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team in a peaceful, holistic environment. We specialize in massage therapy, halotherapy, infrared sauna and other natural services, offering a locally owned, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Passion for holistic health and wellness.
• Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each client's individual needs.
• Utilize Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal (if certified), and other modalities.
• Conduct client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, stretching, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client records.
• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms between appointments.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing experience for every guest.
• Collaborate with our team to provide the best possible client experience.
• Recommend treatment frequency and wellness services when appropriate.
