LKN Salt Spa in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. We offer a flexible part-time schedule, competitive commission plus tips, and a tranquil, client-focused environment where you can build your own schedule.

Responsibilities include performing customized massage using Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other modalities, maintaining SOAP notes, and educating clients on wellness. Must hold NC license and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License is required.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Passion for holistic health and wellness.
• Saturday availability required.

• Perform customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each client's individual needs.
• Utilize a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal (if certified).
• Conduct client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, stretching, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client records.
• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms between appointments.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing experience for every guest.
• Collaborate with our team to provide the best possible client experience.
• Recommend treatment frequency and wellness services when appropriate.
