Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa at The Waverly Place in Cary, NC is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team. We offer competitive base pay per 50-minute service plus an average tip, with opportunities for commissions on enhancements and a strong front desk team to support you in providing healing treatments.

We provide a healthy environment, flexible scheduling, a $250 yearly stipend for license fees or CE credits, 12 CE credits with new hire training, and 401(k) options after

Qualifications

• Active NC Massage Therapist license in good standing.
• Carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities.

Responsibilities

• Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
• Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests.
• Generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
