Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join a patient-focused team at our Waverly location. Provide Swedish massage and other modalities as trained, delivering exceptional client experiences in a welcoming spa setting.

You will maintain cleanliness, adhere to licensing laws, and contribute to a friendly, professional environment that values growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities preferred but not required; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver massage therapy sessions based on client needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Promote memberships and referrals to grow client base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
