Thriving Center of Psychology in Manhattan seeks licensed LMFTs for a full-time, salaried position on a hybrid schedule, splitting time between our Midtown and Soho offices and remote work. This W2 role comes with benefits and a steady caseload we build with you.

You must hold an active New York LMFT license. We offer a collaborative clinical community with weekly case consultations, onboarding, and a CEU stipend plus gym and fitness reimbursement.

Competenze

• An active and clear New York LMFT license.
• A master's degree in marriage and family therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.
• Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
• Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.
• Must reside in NY or NJ
• To be considered, we are unable to hire current Thriving Center clients at this time

Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work. This is a W2 role with benefits, a steady caseload we build with you, and a real clinical community.

You must already hold an active, clear New York LMFT license. We are unable to accept candidates still working toward licensure at this time.
