Job summary

Thriving Center of Psychology in New York City is seeking licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) for a full-time, salaried role on a hybrid schedule. You will split time between our Manhattan offices and remote work, enjoying a steady caseload and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates must hold an active New York license and have experience providing therapy to adults, with a collaborative, evidence-based approach.

Qualifications

• Active and clear New York license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient settings.
• Must be able to work a 40 hour week and see 27 clients per week.
• Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or via telehealth.

Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work. This is a W2 role with benefits, a steady caseload we build with you, and a real clinical community.

You must already hold an active, clear New York license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. We are unable to accept candidates still working toward licensure at this time.

What you will do

• A salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on license, plus a 5% performance bonus.
