Job summary

Thriving Center of Psychology in Manhattan is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) on a hybrid schedule. You will split time between our Midtown/SOHO offices and remote work, in a W2 role with benefits and a steady caseload.

You must hold an active NY LMFT license; we cannot consider candidates pursuing licensure. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), CEU stipend, gym reimbursement, and weekly clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active and clear New York LMFT license.
• Minimum 1 year of independent therapy experience with adults.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week and see about 27 clients per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults in person and by telehealth.
• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians.

What you will do

• Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth.

• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.

• Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.

• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFTclinicians.

Qualifications

• An active and clear New York LMFT license.

• A master's degree in marriage and family therapy.

• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.

• Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.

• Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.

• A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.

• Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.

• Must reside in NY or NJ
