Position Overview

Community Health & Dental Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time, hybrid position based in Pottstown, PA. The role involves providing mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, including crisis intervention, diagnosis, and therapeutic treatment within a community health setting.

Salary Range

$64,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year, based on experience and skills.

Job Responsibilities

1. Utilize solution-focused therapy strategies for families, couples, individuals, and children.
2. Facilitate family group therapy sessions.
3. Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
4. Document patient records accurately and thoroughly.
5. Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current, unrestricted LMFT license.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience as an LMFT.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Availability to work at assigned CHDC sites.
