Job description

Please note: Applicants must reside in Colorado to be considered for this position. We have offices located in Boulder, Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Lakewood, and Westminster.

Mindful Therapy Group was founded by a clinician with a simple belief: when providers are supported, clients receive better care.

Since 2011, we’ve helped mental health professionals build thriving, sustainable private practices through a provider-centric model that removes many of the administrative and operational burdens of going out on your own while preserving the autonomy and flexibility clinicians value most.

For experienced clinicians, that opportunity can also include clinical supervision. Through our growing Supervision Program, qualified providers can diversify their caseload and income by supporting associate-level clinicians as they build their careers.

Across our markets, we’re seeing a strong return to in‑person care. While telehealth remains an important access point, many clients are actively seeking face‑to‑face support and connection. Clinicians offering in‑person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth‑only practices, creating a meaningful opportunity to build a stable practice while meeting a growing community need.

To support that kind of private practice, Mindful Therapy Group provides the infrastructure clinicians need to grow — including welcoming office spaces, referral support, marketing, insurance credentialing, and operational support — so providers can regain their time and energy back by focusing more on client care.

You bring the clinical expertise and ambition. We bring the infrastructure and partnership to help you grow.

What You Gain:
  • Ownership of your private practice and greater control over your career
  • Referral and marketing support designed to help you grow your caseload
  • Credentialing, billing, intake, scheduling, and compliance support
  • Professionally managed office space without a traditional lease commitment
  • Secure EHR and technology tools
  • Practice coaching and ongoing account support
  • Transparent financial reporting and predictable payouts
  • Clinical supervision opportunities for qualified providers
What You Bring:
  • Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
  • Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice
  • Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards
  • Consistent availability and timely documentation
  • Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching
  • Motivation to start and grow your own private practice
  • Required professional liability insurance and business credentials
  • Interest in providing consistent in‑person care
