Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings under Dr. Parikshit Deshmukh. This on-site role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours.

Salary ranges from $70,000–$80,000 with up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision/life, disability, malpractice coverage, and PTO plus six holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, daytime hours

• No nights, weekends, or formal on-call

• On-site (non-remote)
