Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings, perform assessments, and support care planning. You will collaborate with psychiatric providers and maintain compliant documentation in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.

This on-site, Monday–Friday role offers a salary range of 70,000–80,000 USD plus up to 20,000 USD quarterly bonus potential, and a benefits package including 401(k)

Qualifications

• Active unrestrict­ed LMFT license in the state of practice.
• Eligible for Level II background screening.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic required.
• Team-oriented, patient-focused mindset expected.
