Balanced Wellbeing, LLC, a growing behavioral health organization, is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT to join our team providing psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings. You will conduct assessments, support care planning, and collaborate with psychiatric providers in a patient-centered environment.

This on-site role offers a salary of $70,000-$80,000 with up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential, plus benefits including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision,

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000
• Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, daytime hours
• No nights, weekends, or formal on-call
• On-site (non-remote)
