Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will conduct assessments, support care planning, and collaborate with psychiatric providers in a patient-centered care environment.

The position is on-site with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, and no nights or weekends. Requires an active LMFT license and eligibility for Level II background screening.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000

• Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings
