Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our clinical team in Lancaster, PA. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with policy.

The role requires EMDR or Brainspotting expertise, a PA LPC license, and experience with children, adolescents, and families. You will collaborate with case managers, medical staff, school personnel, and other clinicians to deliver trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with EMDR or Brainspotting.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Caseload management of 25 client sessions per week.
• Creative and innovative approaches to mental health.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and teens.
• Experience with couples and families.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, families, case managers, medical personnel, school staff, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
• Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
• Provide trauma-informed care using EMDR or Brainspotting
