True Financial Lending, a fast-growing mortgage lender, seeks experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our headquarters in Southfield. This inside sales role focuses on closing residential and/or commercial loans with live leads transferred to you daily.

We offer aggressive, uncapped commissions, multiple pay plans, and remote flexibility to work from your home office while building a strong referral network with Realtors and investors.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
