True Financial, a fast-growing mortgage lender, seeks experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for its Southfield HQ with remote flexibility. You will close residential and/or commercial loans using live-transfer leads from appointment setters, not hunting for business.

This full-time inside-sales role offers uncapped commissions, flexible pay plans, and strong marketing support in a startup-like environment with opportunities for rapid career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.

Our dedicated team of appointment setters transfers live leads directly to your desk daily. This is a full-time, inside sales role requiring a proven track record of closing residential and/or commercial loans.
