True Financial is a fast-growing mortgage lender hiring Mortgage Loan Officers for our Southfield headquarters. This full-time, inside sales role focuses on closing residential and commercial loans with live leads provided by appointment setters.

Receive live-transfer leads, evaluate borrower profiles, guide applicants through pre-approval, and collaborate with processing to close loans. Remote flexibility enables work from home while pursuing aggressive earnings and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound
• Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
