True Financial, a fast-growing mortgage lender, seeks experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for its Southfield HQ. The role centers on closing deals with live leads provided by appointment setters, offering an inside sales, startup-like environment with strong operational support.

Holders of an active NMLS license will join a team focused on residential and/or commercial loans, with flexible pay plans and remote work options. A proven track record in high-volume sales is required.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend mortgage products.
• Handle inbound, transfers, and outbound leads.
• Guide clients through application and pre-approval processes.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to close loans timely.
• Maintain a high closing ratio with excellent customer service.

Our dedicated team of appointment setters transfers live leads directly to your desk daily.
This is a full-time, inside sales role requiring a proven track record of closing residential and/or commercial loans.
