Eversource Energy is seeking a Fully Qualified Line Mechanic to construct, operate, and maintain the electric system. The position requires at least one year of experience, the ability to climb poles, and a valid CDL with a clean driving record. Emergency response and overtime work are part of the role.

The salary range starts at $56.32 per hour and progresses with the union contract. This posting is internal/external and includes standard EEO protections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to climb poles and work aloft.
• Must be able to perform overtime and emergency work; live within one hour of reporting location.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, and maintain overhead and underground lines.
• Work aloft on electric utility poles or on ground and pad mounted structures.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in Emergency Restoration assignments.
• Submit to written assessments and overhead physical agility assessments.
