Alchemy Financial Group is hiring motivated people for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. Previous insurance experience is not required.

We provide structured virtual instruction, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing support for representatives who are willing to learn, follow the system, and work consistently. As independent contractors (1099), compensation is commission-only.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow training and develop knowledge of products.
• Willingness to travel locally with a valid driver''s license.
• State insurance license is required; licensing costs are explained before onboarding.
• Training combines virtual instruction with hands-on field coaching.
• Company supports training; leads provided early on.

Responsibilities

• Meet individuals and families to assess insurance needs.
• Explain life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications and comply with carrier requirements.
• Maintain a structured weekly activity and participate in coaching.
