Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Agent on a high-performance sales platform in Phoenix. You will handle the full sales cycle from consult to policy placement, using Google-generated leads and an agency infrastructure to scale your income.

As you grow, you can recruit and mentor a team of producers, earning agency overrides with a turnkey recruitment system and complete back-office support. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active life insurance license.
• Experience in life insurance sales, telesales or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and self-management skills.
• Desire for high earning potential and agency ownership.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and submit applications.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Conduct follow-ups, maintain policyholder records, and ensure smooth underwriting and policy delivery
• Agency Building (Optional/Growth Path): Utilize complimentary recruiting leads and plug into our recruitment system to hire, train, and mentor new agents to earn agency overrides
• Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
