Responsibilities
- Provide information about healthcare options and insurance policies to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to inquiries about coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related topics.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
- Promote insurance products to meet sales targets and business goals.
- Address customer concerns regarding policies.
- Collaborate with team members and departments for cohesive service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and enhance skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule, analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable in completing tasks and maintaining attendance.
