Responsibilities
- Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Ensure all activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to inquiries about coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
- Promote insurance products and meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding policies.
- Collaborate with team members and departments for cohesive service.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Preferred: Call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable in completing tasks and attendance
