Responsibilities
  • Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Ensure all activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to inquiries about coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
  • Promote insurance products and meet sales targets.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for cohesive service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Qualifications
