Job summary

Green T in Aurora, IL seeks a Lawn Care Technician to deliver high-quality lawn care for residential and commercial properties, using hand and powered equipment. Training starts day one, with opportunities to grow within the company.

You will perform soil analysis, address weeds and diseases, and educate customers on best practices while identifying upsell opportunities to support business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site

Pay & Schedule

• $19–$22 per hour, based on experience
• Hourly, non-exempt position
