Lakshmi Hrp Llc in New York seeks a Lash Technician to join our cosmetics team. If you are a cosmetologist or esthetician who would like to expand your skills to include lash extensions and brow services, we want to hear from you!

As a Lash Technician, you will provide lash and brow services with the highest levels of quality and care. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.
• Ability to perform semi‑permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent make‑up procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ability to apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift.
• Educate the client about lash upgrades and our exclusive aftercare products.
• Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room.
• Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools.
• Create and apply client‑specific, semi‑permanent eyelash extensions.
• Build rapport - create a recurring client base for yourself.
• Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care.
• Sign up clients for “touch‑up” (follow‑up) appointments.
• Ability to up‑sell products and services.
