Job summary

The Lash Lounge in Florida is seeking a skilled Lash Technician to join our team. If you are a cosmetologist or esthetician looking to expand into lash extensions and brow services, we want to hear from you!

As a Lash Technician, you will deliver lash and brow services with the highest quality and care, ensuring excellent customer service and a friendly, responsible work ethic. You will work with a dynamic, energetic team in a beautiful salon.

Qualifications

• A current Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.
• Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent make-up procedures.
• Ability to engage and retain customers.

Responsibilities

• Ability to apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift.
• Educate the client about lash upgrades and our exclusive aftercare products.
• Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room.
• Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools.
• Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions.
• Build rapport - create a recurring client base for yourself.
• Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care.
• Sign up clients for “touch-up” (follow-up) appointments.
