As a Lash Technician, you will provide lash and brow services with the highest level of quality and care. You are motivated, friendly, and responsible, and your passion for excellent customer service will shine in our fun, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology or Esthetics license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.
• Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume lashes, tinting, perming, threading, and permanent makeup procedures.
• Ability to engage and retain customers.
• Ability to up-sell products and services.

Responsibilities

• Apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments per shift.
• Educate clients about lash upgrades and aftercare products.
• Attend industry events, training, and product sessions.
• Maintain a clean and stocked eyelash room.
• Manage inventory and tools responsibly.
• Create and apply client-specific eyelash extensions.
• Build rapport to create recurring clients.
• Perform daily procedures with high quality and care.
• Schedule touch-up appointments.

• Ability to apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift
• Educate the client about lash upgrades and our exclusive aftercare products
• Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room
• Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools
• Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions
• Build rapport - create a recurring client base for yourself
• Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care
• Sign up clients for “touch-up” (follow-up) appointments

Qualifications
