Facility Services Management, Inc. is seeking a Plumber to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Responsibilities include cutting, threading, bending pipes, installing fixtures, and reading gauges to ensure leak-free operation.

The candidate should have a valid Plumbing Journeyman license and 1–3 years of journeyman experience, with a high school diploma or GED. Travel and safety compliance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Plumber shall possess a valid Plumbing Journeyman's license.
• Minimum 1–3 years' journeyman plumbing experience.

Responsabilités

• Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings using hand tools and power tools.
• Cut and thread pipe using tools and bend as required.
• Assemble and install valves, pipefittings, and pipes of metal and nonmetal.
• Join pipe and caulk joints; test with water or air.
• Read pressure gauges to detect leaks; install/repair fixtures.
• Repair plumbing by replacing washers and mending pipes.
• Proficient with power and hand tools of plumbing trade.
• Learn, follow instructions, and work with team.
