Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Licensed Investment Support Specialist II to provide administrative and operational support for registered securities representatives. You will manage accounts, process trades, and coordinate with partners to improve client experiences.

The role requires strong brokerage knowledge, SIE and Series licensing, and solid communication skills. This on-site position is based in Orlando, FL, with eligibility for an incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of brokerage or related financial services experience.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 65/63), and appropriate state life/Health/long term care insurance licenses.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to registered representatives and clients.
• Guide banking center partners as requested.
• Process accounts, risk management tasks, marketing support, and order entry.
• Maintain account maintenance tasks including new accounts, money transfers, and address changes.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of trading transactions with compliant documentation.
• Keep clients informed about industry changes and deepen client relationships.
• Educate partners on market conditions, products, compliance and duties.
• Support multiple representatives, including those with large client books.
• Handle trading-related administrative functions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Banking Center/Private Bank to identify new client opportunities.
• Assist onboarding of Investment Executives/Wealth Management Advisors as needed.
