Job summary

Fifth Third Orlando, FL seeks an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) to lead licensed retail bankers, grow a book of complex client portfolios, and drive securities sales within the designated territory. The role requires Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) and state insurance licenses, plus a variable annuity license.

Strong coaching, presentation, and relationship skills are essential. Compensation is largely incentive-based, with a base salary or draw, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior Brokerage Industry Experience.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses; Variable Annuity license is required.
• Motivated by commission sales and internal sales competition.
• Ability to mentor and develop licensed bankers; strong coaching/teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct individual and group coaching with retail bank employees.
• Develop and conduct client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Handle daily client needs, prioritize and delegate tasks, and follow up after appointments.
