Job summary

Clive Behavioral Health is seeking an Admissions Therapist/Social Worker to support patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role emphasizes crisis intervention, family therapy, and coordination of biopsychosocial care under Iowa licensure requirements.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a clinical field, plus active licensure in Iowa (t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW) and strong documentation and communication skills. Three 12-hour shifts per schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical related field.
• Current Iowa licensure as a t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish trust.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and provide social services to address biopsychosocial needs.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and short/long-term family therapy as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and resources for inpatient and outpatient care.
