Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required.
• State licensure as social worker, counselor or therapist required; entry or independent level licensure.
• CPR and de-escalation/ restraint training required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and identify factors affecting mental health and safety.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patient and treatment team.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy as part of care.
• Coordinate post-hospital care and link to community resources.
