AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Insurance Agent Trainee in Birmingham, AL. This entry path leads to a Sales Agent role after training, with duties to conduct sales activities, appointments, and inspections both on-site and off-site as directed.

Agents sell Club memberships and insurance products, educate members on services, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant. The position emphasizes underwriting guidelines adherence and professional growth within the district office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of insurance sales/service experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Active Property & Casualty license in selling state.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and adequate insurance.
