The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy, office-based setting. This is a full-time hourly position reporting to the Agency Manager.

Qualifications

• Current and active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Minnesota.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers in various situations.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail; multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, delivering excellent service in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing, payments, claims reporting, renewals, and other service needs.
• Prepare insurance quotes, review policy documents and endorsements, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance.
• Partner with agents to support client retention and renewals.
• Support daily agency operations through administrative and clerical activities.
