Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required prior to your start date.
• State Farm agency experience is a plus.
• Previous insurance, account management, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and general account needs.
• Provide professional support during claims-related conversations.
• Review customer accounts for accuracy and help address changing insurance needs.
• Follow up with customers to help maintain strong relationships and retention.
• Document customer interactions and account activity accurately.
• Coordinate with other team members to keep service requests moving efficiently.
• Help resolve customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Identify potential coverage needs when appropriate and connect customers with the right next step.
• Support customer outreach and agency service initiatives.
