About the Role

As our Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive wage.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss coverage options

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year with commissions & bonuses, based on experience. Range is not all inclusive. Commissions are uncapped.
