Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer in Arizona to protect what matters most for clients. You will quote, explain policy details clearly, and manage your own sales pipeline.

Join a team that supports you through hands-on training and a Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities for growth as you close leads and expand client relationships. You will review current policies, identify gaps, and collaborate with the office team to ensure clients feel heard and supported.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proven track record of managing and closing sales leads.
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple browser-based systems.
• Demonstrated ability to listen deeply to customer needs and translate those into practical solutions.
• Experience with American Family Insurance or similar carrier systems is a helpful bonus.
