Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for a field role in the Saint Joseph, MO area. You will visit homes, present Kemper Life products, close sales, and build a growing book of business with commissions.

Expect extensive prospecting, premium collection, and active customer service responsibilities. Our program includes a sign-on bonus and a performance-based commission structure, with up to $4,750 in bonuses during the first year and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits, conduct sales presentations, and close new sales.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Collect premiums on a pre-arranged schedule and handle policy paperwork.
