Qualifications
- Fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
- Customer service experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
- Must have a dependable vehicle and pass background checks and drug screening.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate home visits, conduct sales presentations, recommend products and close new sales.
- Prospect for new sales opportunities and grow the assigned territory.
- Maintain customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
- Respond to service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans) promptly.
- Record money collected and process policy paperwork.
