Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must hold or be eligible for a California insurance license (Personal Lines or P&C).
• Reliable transportation to commute to the office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy options, payments, renewals and inquiries.
• Inspect vehicles and general risk factors to inform insurance pricing.
• Prospect new clients through networking and local marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks and liaise with underwriting for policy completion.
• Support daily office operations and licensing requirements.
