Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid California Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Continue education courses paid by A-MAX to maintain license status.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk and eligibility.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and liaise with underwriting to complete policies.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and support office operations.
