Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking an in-office Licensed Insurance Producer in Buena Park, CA. You will help customers with new policies, edits, renewals, and payments while building a client base through networking and marketing.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, a valid California license (Personal Lines or P&C), and good organizational and people skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required. Training and licensing assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid California Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs including new policies, edits, payments, renewals and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk for insurance eligibility.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with office support.
• Handle policy renewals, administer administrative tasks, and liaise with underwriting as needed.
