Covered Insurance Solutions in Denver, CO is seeking ambitious insurance sales professionals for a Hybrid role, combining 1–3 days in the Denver office with remote work for the rest of the week.

You will leverage a consultative selling approach, using modern tools to manage leads, quote coverage, and advise customers on policy options. A valid Property & Casualty license and proven sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• A current Property & Casualty license is required.
• Insurance sales experience with a proven track record of sales skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a steady stream of warm, qualified leads—no prospecting struggles.
• Sell insurance policies to prospective policyholders, providing rate quotes and coverage information.
• Build rapport with shoppers, assess goals and needs, and guide coverage decisions.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business based on customer needs.
• Use active listening to analyze requests quickly and respond effectively.
• Close inbound homeowners insurance sales and manage new account setup.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and act as broker for top carriers.
