Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
