Pronto Insurance is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Agent in McAllen, TX. You will sell auto and home insurance through established channels, follow up on leads, and build local marketing campaigns to drive revenue.

Training is provided, licensing costs are covered, and bilingual English/Spanish communication is required for some locations. Ideal candidates have strong customer service and sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage everyday banking tasks and client

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry for client information.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls using marketing leads.
• Establish and maintain strong local business relationships to drive activities.
• Create localized campaigns to drive revenue and customer appreciation.
• Maintain relationships and process renewal quotes efficiently.
• Follow carrier underwriting guidelines when binding business.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service including processing payments.
• Manage end-of-shift financial tasks and daily deposits.
• Keep a clean, professional agency environment with marketing materials.
• Travel to various store locations as needed.
