Job summary

Allstate agency of Lucy Florveus in Norcross, GA is seeking a Licensed Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team dedicated to protecting the dreams and futures of the community. The role focuses on mentorship, coaching, and driving growth through strategic planning and excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will hold GA Property & Casualty and GA Life & Health licenses, with 3+ years of sales leadership experience and a business- or marketing-related degree as a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty license.
• Active Georgia Life & Health license.
• Three or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of the insurance industry and product offerings.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff to reach individual and collective targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales team to reach their full potential through daily coaching and support.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our agency’s presence in the Norcross community.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine our outreach efforts.
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our high standards of service.
• Foster a collaborative and encouraging environment where ideas are shared and individual growth is celebrated.
• Manage ongoing training programs to keep the team sharp and knowledgeable on all current policy offerings.
