ANDREAS AGENCY LLC Farmers Insurance in Faribault, MN is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to grow our client base and close insurance sales. You will build relationships with customers, assess coverage needs, and present quotes to fit individual situations.

Base salary starts at 24,000 with potential to earn an additional 50,000 in commission, plus training and development opportunities to advance your career in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
