State Farm is seeking an Account Representative in Las Vegas to join our agency team. This full-time role is for a licensed insurance sales professional to grow the agency, build customer relationships, and match people with coverage that fits their needs.

You will reach out to prospects, convert leads, and meet monthly sales targets across auto, home, life, and health products. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a performance-based bonus.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Active Life & Health license required.
• Minimum 1 year licensed insurance sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build new business by reaching out to prospects and converting leads into customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets across auto, home, life, and health products.
• Develop strong customer relationships that support referrals and long-term retention.
• Help customers select and update policies to suit their needs.
• Cross-sell and round out accounts to provide additional value.
• Collaborate with the team to share sales strategies and strengthen agency growth and retention.
