This in-office role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commissions, with potential to move to a work-from-home schedule after demonstrating consistent performance and client success.

Qualifications

• Active Florida insurance license (2-20, 20-44) required.
• Strong drive to sell and earn via commission.
• Coachable and able to follow a proven sales process.
• In-office in Venice, FL with potential remote flexibility after performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building over phone and email.
• CRM proficiency and basic sales technology.

Responsibilities

• Convert provided internet and inbound leads into new policies.
• Quote and close Allstate's personal lines coverage (auto, renters, and related products).
• Round and cross-sell to maximize policies per household on every opportunity.
• Run a disciplined follow-up cadence so no lead goes cold.
• Consistently write 20+ new policies per month.
• Keep the CRM and pipeline accurate and up to date.
• Deliver an excellent client experience at the point of sale.
• Maintain full compliance with carrier and state guidelines on every account.
